多寐·溼困脾胃證（somnolence with syndrome of dampness retaining in spleen and stomach[1]）是指脾氣虛弱，溼盛擾神，以頭蒙如裹，昏昏嗜睡，肢體沉重，偶伴浮腫，胸脘痞滿，納少泛惡，舌淡，苔膩，脈濡等爲常見症的多寐證候[1]。
